CSEE considers safety a core value in the development of its railway products and systems. The company is committed to providing clients with safe, effective, high-quality, and tailored systems, products, and services that meet their needs, in accordance with best practices, signaling system standards, and applicable national and international regulations, such as the EN 50128 standards and all legal requirements.
The safety policy implemented at CSEE
- Meeting customer safety requirements by providing evidence to all relevant stakeholders.
- Promoting shared attitudes, perceptions, and values among managers and employees regarding system safety, and emphasizing that everyone within the company plays a role in achieving overall safety. In cooperation with all stakeholders, we encourage hazard reporting and the communication of this safety policy and its associated objectives.
- Ensuring employees have the necessary skills to design and build safety systems, conduct safety analyses, understand cause-and-effect relationships, and assess how unintended safety consequences may impact the systems and services provided by CSEE.
- Measuring and analyzing the performance of implemented processes and developed products to continuously enhance our safety performance.
