Recruitment process

There are four stages in Compagnie des Signaux recruitment process:

Pre-qualification

You have applied for a job position and your profile has caught our attention. At this stage, you may be contacted by a recruiter for an initial telephone interview

The interview with the manager

This is where you meet your potential future manager. It’s a chance for you to convince him, but also to get answers to your questions.

The HR interview

This takes the form of a face-to-face interview. You meet the HR recruiter, and this interview is an opportunity to talk about your skills and experience, explain your motivations and discuss the details of the position on offer. .

The contract offer

This stage means that we want to work together. The HR recruiter makes you an offer. If you accept, your contract will be signed with management.
