SINALUSO: the alliance between CSEE and JdC at the Portugal Railway Summit 2026
A shared ambition for Portugal’s railway future

On 20 and 21 May 2026, Compagnie des Signaux took part in the Portugal Railway Summit in Entroncamento, one of the key events in Portugal’s rail sector, bringing together experts, industry representatives and decision-makers to discuss strategic mobility issues.
Organised by the Plataforma Ferroviária Portuguesa (PFP), this leading event highlights the country’s major infrastructure projects, notably the development of high-speed rail, investment in infrastructure, as well as the challenges of innovation, sustainability and digitalisation within the sector.
Two days of discussions at the heart of railway issues

Over these two days, discussions focused on key topics shaping the future of rail:
- national and European investments
- high-speed rail projects
- technological innovations (cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, smart systems)
- challenges related to sustainability and the mobility of tomorrow
The summit provided a valuable platform to foster new partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
